Our Guiding Beliefs

Our Theory of Action

If the District Ten Team, as the “Keepers of the Lighthouse," engage in collaborative cycles of inquiry and action informed by district data, and engage school leaders in the same process by looking at school wide data, and teachers engage in the same process by examining student level data, then we will build coherence across our district by harnessing the collective capacity of all “keepers of the lighthouse”  to make informed and strategic decisions from relevant data that positively impact student achievement and progress.

Our Vision

CSD 10 serves as the beacon of light fueled by rigorous instructional practices, safe and nurturing school environments, and collaborative communities that illuminates the path towards college and careers for Our Leaders of Tomorrow.
